Not A Pretty Girl (1995) — Ani DiFranco

This album felt like a grower to me. I'll try it again in a week or so because I wasn't too impressed on my first listen. It was good enough and even had some great moments though. I think I just kept wishing I was listening to Tracy Chapman or Fiona Apple or another 90s songstress instead. I want to like this album though, so here's hoping its an acquired taste. The potential is definitely there!
