8/6/25: Did I find my new favorite Beach Boys album? It's more likely than you think! This has been my album of the week, and oh I just love it so much. It's so silly!! Brian Wilson's influence is LOUD in this one, and I read that some people refer to it as his second solo album within the group (the first being Pet Sounds of course). This is The Beach Boys at their best, embracing their natural whimsical energy instead of fighting against it. If I was being objective, this is probably closer to a four star album, since I wouldn't say it's completely flawless, but this is my website and it's all subjective so I say FIVE STARS!!!
