Architecture & Morality (1981) — Orchestral Manoeuvres In The Dark

Oh, this was such a cool album. I wasn't sure what to expect going into it, but I ended up falling in love with it.

It's kinda like the epitome of 80s music, like a big, sprawling intersection between all of the sounds and styles of the time. There was so much depth to this album, too. It made me pause a few times to really reflect on what I was listening to. The production was just unreal, genuinely revolutionary for the time.

My one critique of this album is its length. I definitely feel that if they cut a few songs, this could be a perfect album. Even then, it's still an exceptional one that really struck a chord within me.
